Lyceum Dynamics is providing traffic control and operational safety support for Phase 3 construction activities at Navajo Dam, one of the Bureau of Reclamation’s critical infrastructure projects in New Mexico.

Scope of Work
Partnering with AWP Safety DBA Trafficade to provide certified flagging personnel, supervisors, and DOT-compliant traffic control equipment
Deploying and maintaining traffic control systems including warning signs, barriers, flagging stations, and pilot car operations
Developing and updating plans in accordance with MUTCD and Bureau of Reclamation safety standards
Maintaining daily operational logs documenting personnel, equipment, incidents, and traffic configurations
Coordinating continuously with contractors, project managers, and local law enforcement agencies
Managing long-term operational staffing across a remote multi-month project environment
